I weigh 145lbs and want to weight 115lbs by September. I'm only 4'11" tall. This is a pretty realistic weight for my height, I think. I workout (cardio and occasional weight training) 3 to 4 times a week and have been for about 4 months now, but I don't seem to be losing any weight. I just seem to be gaining muscle weight. Why? And can someone help me come up with an easy to follow meal plan? I think that may be the problem. What do you guys think?
