do u have to do cardio exercises to lose weight? or can u just do specific parts of the body exercise? Like... crunches, lunges, and etc.

Every time you exercise you dont always have to do cardio. You can do other exercises to help you lose weight but makesure you do cardio at least a few times a week. I hope this helps.

yeah- you need cardio to burn fat. doing just crunches and things that build muscle will only build muscle and you'll still have the fat on top of it...

As long as you're burning calories, you'll lose weight. In fact, muscle burns fat. If you strength train a lot, and if you don't change your eating habits, you'll end up just gaining muscle weight and keeping the fat.
