okay so soon in like 1 month i am going swimming with a lot of my friends and i put on my suit to see if it fits and i was in total shock i looked so much bigger then last year serisously i put on a lot of pounds so i know i can't lose that much in like 1 month but maybe someone could tell me a fast way to lose weight please tell me it will be so embaressing!!!!!!!!!
