Okay..herres the dealio..i was just wondering if anyone can give me some ideas for a weight lose plan. I would like to lose 20 pounds. I was wonderin if anyone would like to send me (or post a reply) an exercise plan that incorperates the things i like to do...softball, roller blading, walking my dog, bike riding and gymnastics. hi i juat want to say everyone goes through what you are going through !! im 13 and i also want to loose 20 pounds but i have an idea and that eat as much as you want and take away the junk food aand you will loose weigt quick and easy !! i did that and i lost 20 pounds fast and it was very simple for me all i did was watch what i was eating and i lost it and im not getting the fat back because i learned fast not to eat as much one i week i treat myself to a nice icecream and chocolate something and it tastes great!

breakfast-toast with penut butter on it and some milk (or) orange juice! lunch-a turky sandwhich on wheat bread with tomatoes and lettece (nothing else OR you can just have turkey on it)! dinner-a small salad with VERY light dressing on it !
also you need to work out around an hour to a half hour everyday! you should loose some pounds at the end of the month if you keep doing that everyday!

ALSO have a very healthy snack during the day like any flavor yogurt you like or a bananna or an apple!

if you like gymnastics thats really great! okay if you don't do gymnastics the sign up! its a great sport ( i like it too) and its great for exersizing too! walking your dog thats good to you can get a good work out if you walk your dog evryday! and roller blading or anything else you like to do DO IT lol just have fun and do it all you will get good exersize!!!!!
