Hey guys! Ok.. some of you may remember me.. yeah.. im that girl that keeps saying shes gonna do something about her weight, and then drifts off for a while.. and doesnt visit this site for a few days.. maybe weeks or months! YUP! tha'd be me! For the others of you that dont know me.. Hi.. yeah my names alexis! Im 15 and im really really trying to lose weight. I do ALOT of sports... at least 5 days a week.. about 2 hours at the least! Even though i do all these sports... i dont see any difference!! Its really hard for me to eat less because of my friends and sister(you know.. the super skinny kids that eat and eat and eat and dont gain any weight.. yeah .. those are my friends~!) Anyway! The only real thing i could use to get me up and going with my weight loss, is the fact that one of my closest guy friends might be moving away, and wants me to come visit him this summer.. He hasnt moved yet.. and isnt even sure if hes gonna.. but i would definatly want to look great for when i got visit him.. (oh yeah i guess i kinda forgot to tell you my height and weight...im 5'7(ish) and 180(ish)) Lately ive been feeling really really bad about myself because over christmas break.. i got food poisoning from a ski resort and lost about 10 lbs.. so i was really happy.. and i was actually keeping it off.. i have no idea what happened but i just gained alot back.. and i feel really sick about myself! Anyway.. lol Considering you all probably really dont care about my life story, i'll move on!! If anyone out there can help me... AKA be my weightloss buddy.. okay so you say you do all these sports and thats great! but to tell you ,you should work out around an hour to and hour an a half everyday! sence you do sports that probably won't be a problem for you! now for the eating, i have the same problem all my skinny little friends just throw all that food down there mouth and don't gain a pound! which makes it harder for you to stop eating as much as you hate it you need to control yourself so when you see food don't eat it just walk past it so what you do if your in that situation and you have just eatin don't EAT it lol okay it will be totally hard but you should also tell your friends your trying to lose some pounds and to try not to eat that much infront of you! trust my you might think getting advise from a 13 year old girl is not worth anything but i am like a diet,workout freak i mean i go to a gym like everyday and play a lotta sports like you!
so just try to control yourself!

Hey its me Sarah was up i had gotten to 167 the lowest point and then slowly gained and now im at 180ish and i really feel bad about it and i just seem to binge at home and school so we cans tart talkin again and then when lent is over we can talk on aim again i switched my screenname it is now sweetcheeks93088 so yea my email is sweetie1855@msn.com so u can email me while it is lent and we can become weightloss buddies again and maybe acturally do this this time. well see ya later
