what do you do to lose inches and maybe just a little bit of weight? because I have muscles too as well as a lot of fat. But I don't really want to lose the muscles. PLEASE REPLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!

ok- if you want to lose the minimum amount of muscle(there will always be some muscle weight loss- sorry but it happens to everyone while losing weight) then don't eat too much less, keep up your protein but do cardio workouts like mad and do some weight lifting on the days you're not doing cardio. hope i helped...
