i wanna loose 5 punds in 2 weeks so how does my diet plan sound.....breakfast-some cheese for along with some milk. lunch-an apple. dinner-milk!i really need to loose this weight because summer is coming up and i wanna look good in a bikini and i am also going to florida! so please tell me if this would be good for loosing weight in 2 weeks! thx :)!

It's not healthy, but no one can talk you out of doing what you want to do. I can guarantee you that you will probably get hungry and give in to eating junk foods. Here's a healthy limited calorie eating plan you may want to try...Breakfast: 1 cup of blueberries, and 1 piece of whole wheat toast (not white!!) Lunch: salad with a few ounces of meat and whatever veggies you might want. Snack: Any type of fruit Dinner: Any Meat, and 1 serving of veggies. You will still lose a lot of weight with this!

What you need to do is eat a balanced diet such as milk and toast w/ peanut butter for breakfast, a lean meat sandwich for lunch w/ and apple and milk, and for dinner eat a meat, a dairy, vegtable, grain, and some water or milk. And exercise!!!! If you do this u will probably lose about 1 or 2 lbs. or more, depends on your metabolism.---HOPE I HELPED!!!!---
