hello i really need sum help because i weigh 145 POUNDS and i am 5' 5". i want to lose 30 lbs by the end of june! i can't find a deit plan to work for me so i am thining about starving myself unless sum 1 can fiend me a way to lose 30 pounds...plz help....
Reply from Kerri, Age 12 - 04/10/04 - IP#: 66.30.179.xxx lisa- dont starve yourself. i thought about it myself and even tried it. it makes you worse off than b4. trust me. when u starve yourself, u eventually NEED to eat something and you end up eating SO MUCH MORE because your so hungry. i really dont reccomend it. Reply from girly!!, Age 13 - 03/31/04 - IP#: 65.69.57.xxx hey girl! i am 13 too i think about all sorts of stuff like makin myself through up and starvin myself but it ruins your stomach which is really bad! i know i feel the same way i always feel that diets arent fast enough i always just want it to happen right away!! but i know that the best way to get skinny is also the healthiest way which means you should go on a healthy diet!!!!!! i wish you lots of luck!! hope i helped!!!

Well starving yourself does sound tempting but it's not the best way to go about it. I can understand why you'd want to starve yourself, but starving yourself can actually cause you to gain weight because your body will store extra fat in your body. What i'm doing is BODY FOR LIFE, Breakfast: 4 egg whites. Lunch: Garden Salad with either chicken or tuna. Supper: Half a cup of rice or yams, with vegetables and a chicken breast. Follow this for six days and than on the seventh treat yourself to whatever you want (the seventh day is your cheat day and it is necissay when you do this diet, i know it sounds really weird but it works). Remeber to drink plenty of water and do about 40-60 mintues of cardio exercise. I hope i helped you.
