Ok hey everybody....... i've posted here a few times but no one has ever replied and i'm kinda in need of someones help. I was wondering how long do you guys think it will take me to lose 25-30 pounds?? I weigh 145-148 at the moment (my height is 5'7). I would really like to be 120 or 115. It's kinda like a life or death situation really, i have to be at least close to my goal by July 1st, i was wondering if it could be done before than. PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!!! And i was wondering i worked out at the gym yesterday for about 2 hours and drank about 8 glasses of water during two hours and then today i stepped on the scale and i'm 2 pounds heavier than yesterday, is that just water weight???

hey girl your doing gre4at just make shure to drink lost's of water and eat little but healthy like twice a day and remember eat before 5 pm and water because that is the main thing/also do not think alot about your fat its all in your head if u think that your getting fat u will so every time you look at your self say iam skinny well dont forget to extercise

25-30 pounds......about 1-2 mounths if you keep up the good work exersize one to one in a half hours everyday and eat healthy!!!!
i believe you can do it!!!!!!!!
