sissors are where u lie on ur back, and lift both ur legs like 2 inches above the ground, and put ur left foot under ur right then ur right under ur left, and repeat it alot, for like 30seconds, or a minute, if ur just starting, and it is supposed to help ur legs & abs, b/c we do it n track everyday

Do as many as you feel is right (but dont over do it like 150 is more than enough) i do like 20-50 a night and i feel it all the time i have this site that i did 1 time and felt the burn its really good just copy it http://www.weightwatchers.com/health/wko/men_workouts.aspx?inbound=MSN good luck i know u can do it

you should do about 4 sets of 25 crunches every night and do scissors every night two sets of 25 then work your way up. if you dont know what scissors arejust ask.
