Hey everyone again i have lost 3ibs in 5 days i am feelin good about my self even more and all i do is drink water with lemon each things that have less carbs and fats and i have been losin weight o and i do15 bicycle crunches 10 crunches and 10 side crunches each way if u want to know more on wat the crunches are and how to do them just go to www.toneteen.com and i just wanted to let everybody know about my diet

o and it is not each things it is eat things the things that are right before the carbs stuff that i typed
