hight:5'5"weight:145Goal:110-115DEADLINE:july 1I was wondering if I ate egg whites for breakfast, cearal and fat free yougurt for lunch, and grilled chicken breast and white rice for dinner and 8 glasses of water and jump rope for 30 min. a day can i reach my goal? i really want to wear a bikini...HELP IF I DON"T LOSE TGE WEIGHT I WILL STARVE MY SELF....

come on, you know that isn't the way. If you starve yourself you will eventually binge and gain more weight. Change your whole lifestyle.

Sounds good. You might want to replace white rice with whole grain rice or any brown rice because its less carbs and fat. Also, you might want to add variety to your excercise.. jump rope one day, jog the next, maybe go rollarblading.

just remember dont starve yourself and add a little more excercise like walking around your neighborhood and the pounds will come of befor you know it

add more veggies in but other then that you could lose weight quickly by doing that...
