Ok everyone I am down from 181 i am at 179 again I want to be 176 or 177 by next sunday I do good with the excercise now that it is nice out but I dont do 2 well with the eating I am on spring break this week and will be eatin healthy and stuff but I need to make sure i eat healthy when I go back to school. Well I want to be 16 by the end of the school year which is may 26th and I hope I can do this and that will be the best thing fo me ever. well GOOD LUCK to everyone and I hope you all loose your wanted weight please reply to this not a lot of people have been replyin to my posts so ill see ya later and thanx for any advice u may give me.

Do you mean you want to be 160? anyways... umm well i havent been doing so great with my eating either, im starting to walk more now since it was so cold before ya so I'm 140 now I havent lost any weight for a while but I used to be 158 so 140 is pretty good for me but i want to get to 125-130. I only have ten pounds to go and i keep telling myself that its only 10 pound its just that i have to get back on track with my eating because ten pound isnt that much to lose. All I did to lose the 18 pound i lost was first, i tried the low carb diet and lost about 5 pounds but i really hated it so i just started eating healthy and low fat and I lost the rest of the weight doing that. Just eat low fat and healthy, thats what i say, it worked for me! :) also, i exercised a bit but mostly just walked everyday and that helped me lose weight. Good luck to you, you can do it and (hopefully) so can i lol
