should we be counting carbs or calories??? i am 5 5 and want to weigh 115 or wear a size 7??? ne 1 have any tip, suggestions, deits, or motavation for me???

Count calories. Carbohydrates are stupid to count b/c ur body needs them and it is stupid to cut them out of your diet. you should eat between 1600-2000 calories a day. and exercise half an hour to and hour a day. Buy a pair of the size jeans that you want to be able to wear and when you want to eat something that is bad for you look at them and think what is more important.
