Hey everyone, hope you are losing weight. In the beginning of January I weighed 210 and now I weigh 189! Wow! That is 10%! My goal is to weigh 175 by May 28th. and 150 by the end of August and 147-140 by my birthday October tenth! Is that too fast, or will I make it? Plz post! thanks!!!

First I want to congragulate you! Losing weight is hard, I'm glad you stuck to your goals! I think if you work hard you might get there but you won't be losing as much weigh as you did in the beginning. good luck!

I think those r really reasonable goals for u and I think that u can make it if you try ur hardest and it sounds like u really want to loose the weight so therefore u can loose the weight
