i am sick of being fat! i think iam gonna starve myself. i am the only fat person i know!this sucks!

Reply from CL, Age 18 - 04/05/04 - IP#: 12.75.212.xxx Yeah it sucks but starving yourself will only make your body hold on to the weight you have so that you can stay alive and when you do eat it will only store that food all of it as fat if it can because it thinks you have no food available and is trying to keep as much as it can as fat so you can live long enough to find more food. Plus while this is going on you can get really sick screwing up the way your organs function, puking, fainting, being exstremly tired and unfocused you'll just not feel good and will be setting yourself up for failure in whatever you go to do because you can't function right. SO PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't do that we're all here for you!
