well I have a had a pretty enventful day! lol. Is there such a thing as over exercising? as stupid as it sounds, I don't want tp wear my body out too much. I did tae-bo today, weight trained for and a hour and was then going to run 1.75 miles, but was so tired that i decided just to walk then call it a night. I am starting freash and clean. I need to lose weight before cheering tryouts, Does anyone have any tips for improving toe-touches? I can't figure out how to get my legs really high up (there definatly off the ground, however not way out to the sides) or sit back in the jump. OOOO also, if anyone is feeling really down about their bofy go to google and do a search on renoir. I had to recreate one of hos works for a sketch book in art class, and thus had to research him. Almost all of his paintings feature chunky women which are beautiful. Be warned that if you do not have an aprecciation for art, don't go ahead and research him because there are nude paintings, but it just goes to show how much the standard of beauty has changed, sry this is so long, good luck in everything you do! ~chelsea~

hey to get your toe touches higher..but ankle weights and put them on your ankles and do 50 toe touches a night with them on. when you go to tryouts and start doing them witout the weihts you will go so- much higher than you thought you could! trust me it works!
