hi, i wiegh around 164 and i am 5"6 and i would like to lose some weight. i would like to lose around 25 pounds to get down to 140 andi would like to get some abs! i wanna start a.s.a.p and i would really like it if your guys could help me design a workout plan and an eating plan. if you can help reply as soon as possiblethanx

Try to base your eating on a 2000 calorie diet, exercise often, and believe in yourself. 'Cause if you dont really want to lose it, it is going to be tough, slow going!
