Has anyone done Atkins? If so what kind of results did you get. If you lost weight..do you think it was real fat or just water weight? How fast did It work for you? Ok thanks.. I'm 5'1" and 145 pounds.. If anyone is around my height and weight do you wanna be my weight loss buddy/pen pal? I think I'm going to start atkins soon. Please reply.

I've heard of ppl doing atkins, though I have never done it myself, but the lost i think an average of 20 pounds in a month. However not a lot of ppl stuck with it and some even felt that it made their moods be bad, and such.

ive never done atkins.. i dont know though?..i wanna lsoe weight im just not sure if i want to do it with atkins..well post me or im and tell me how it works and maybe ill do it with you!
