Everyone going on the diet is never going to be the way to loose weight it may help you for short term but thats it.The only answer to loosing weight is eating healthy food and good exercise.Every diet is unhealthy in one way or another.Ok if you want any more advice e-mail me at roxy_chick33337@hotmail.com and I would be glad to help anyone. everyone is on a diet- it's what you eat. even you have a diet. i'd say not having a diets bad for you because that means that you don't eat anything!lol. yeah- but diets are fine unless you're eaTing a very low amount of food and slowing down your metabolism...
