hey...I have a QUESTION I HOPE SOME ONE WILL ANSWER!!! I have been trying to lose weight for two weeks. I have heard low fat foods will make you lose weight, but i heard that you will also gain weight? so whats the deal here? I weigh 145 pounds and I'm 5' 6". i want to lose 30 pounds by july...SO i f i cut out sugar and eat ceral, yougurt crackers and low fat stuff will i lose the weight?...GO UCONN...

the only fat free foods r yogart and cheese other than that the other 'low fat' foods r high in a different type of thing that also makes u gain wieght
