if i eat BREAKFAST-egg whites LUNCH-cearal and yougurt SNACK-saltine crackers DINNER-chicken breast and rice ... WILL I LOSE OR GAIN WEIGHT>>I WANT TO LOSE 30 POUNDS (5 6 and 145) by july???

karmella you say you loose a lot like about 2 punds or whatever, so how do you do it and what do you do for exersizing and what do you eat?!?!?
you seen like you are pretty skinny, do you think you can give me some tips?!?!? thx you have been such a big help to me!

Well, first of all get a scale so you can keep teack of what u lose. Even tho people say u should only weigh yourself 1-2 times a week i seem to weigh myself everyday, and each day i notice a 1-2 pound weight loss. Ummm the yogurt and cereal shiuld probably be replace with sumthing else. I don't blame u for not wanting to eat salad, but i found that eating a wrap for lunch instead of a salad, my mom buys me a package of tortilla's and in it a put one and a half chicken breast cut up, sliced lettace and tomatoes, and sprinkle sum cheese in it. Try and replace this for your lunch. And during the day try and only snack on fruit and veggitables because they are like the only healthiest thing to eat.

i don't have a scale but i can get to 1 one sundy...is it possible to lose the weight by then ..cuz i have benn trying this deit but then i eat sumthin not in it..i need more will power...thanx for helpin...

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE lisa i want u to lose those 30 pounds by july, just try the diet that i gave u and if in a couple of days u haven't lost any weight go on the special k diet, that also worked for me too. Please try and lose at least 2 pounds by the end of this week.
