wen i go away i always put on weight from the start of my diet at 171 pounds i had got down to 168 i was well chuffed but i went away for the weekend and i ave put it all bac on and more wat can i do i feel so bad can some one help me

All you gotta do is eat healthily and exercise. I know its not as easy as it sounds. And don't feel so bad about it, it will eventually come off, 3lbs is not a lot! =P I learned that you shouldn't be so concentrated on losing weight just being a healthier person, remember your body deserves it ;) And if your having trouble eating junk food... just remember that you probably didn't feel so great after it.. and if you do eat junk food and then you feel sick or something after that get a notebook or something and write down something like "Junk food makes me feel sick I shouldn't eat as much" and repeat or something like that :)

I bet if you stick to a very light diet for a couple of days you willg et back to that weight
