hey!!!! Well, I an now 14! April 7th was my b-day! But thats not the point. I have lost 55 lbs but I still feel big. I used to weigh 190 lbs and now I weigh 134-135 lbs. I wear a size 9 but I still feel big sometimes. Maybe thats because I still have flab on my stomach. It drives me nuts!!! How can i get rid of it and make my stomach look nice for the summer????? I know I have abs under the flab because I can feel then when I tighten my stomach and push in, but I don't know how to get the flab off of them!!!!! It is really making me mad!!! What do you guys do for modavation????? I really need some!!After two days I usually stop exerciseing!!! And what about eating, how do you control the cravings??????? Well, I hope you can help me!
