Hey guys .. I got a question. If you eat what you want and count calories. Lets say 1200-1500 calories a day will you lose weight..even if your eating not so healthy things as long as you count calories?

Reply from Adrienne, Age 15 - 04/11/04 - IP#: 65.24.97.xxx umm u MITE lose sum weight jus b/c ur body wud hafta cut down on tha food in order 2 eat bad foods jus enuff 2 b in a certain calorie range, but ur better off jus eatin healthier....bad foods r okay every once n a while but they r adicting n wen ur older n dont have time 2 exercise n ur busy wit other thangz, u dont wanna depend on eatin unhealthy or ull jus gain ALOT of weight...<3
