Hey.. is it possible to lose inches and bein able to fit better into ur clothes in stuff from sit-ups even if you havent lost weight yet?Bc.. im not obese im just over weight and i have lottsa xtra fat on me i have a gut.. and i heard that you have to loose weight then do sit-ups and stuff otherwhise u'll get fatter..is this true?.. i dont want a six pack im just trying to get skinnier.. so even though i am fat should i do sit-ups?..

I know what you mean.I feel the same way. It's that we dont have to look like models, we just want to feel comfortable in the morning when putting on our clothes. Or not having to hold our stomachs in when we walk through the hallways at school. Dont feel bad your not alone. But one thing I can say is that we willget there together. So I will start sending you tips and you can start sending me some(if u dont mind)

you won't get fatter... your fat will turn into muscle, so when you're done losin weight, you will have bigger abs, but strong... so if you're hopin for slight, id recomend cardiovascular exersize, like runnin and aerobics...

yes, it's possible and very common... :)... remember weight is just a number and that the important thing is how you feel...
