im going to post this again because i want people to lose weight the healthy way with out harming themselves...The only real way to lose weight safely it to eat healthier and exercise. It may seem like this is said so many times but it is true. Rapid weight loss might give you immediate results, but your harming your body. Your metabolism usually slows down if you cut down your calorie intake below 1200 calories. And since you are depriving yourself of foods you want (and need), your bound to binge on them later... know one ever knows how much weight you lose or are capable of losing because know one can look at you and guess that or just tell you how much because you can never know unless you go to a nutritionist even they truly dont know how much youll end up losing so please dont ask...and these are just guidelines

if you weat healy,and limit your bad foods,and exersize hwo long will it take you too lose weight? and is it rtrue you lose weihght faster when u exersize during your period?  thx your a big help! ps....sorry about all the miss spelled words my delete button doesnt work!

I UNDERSTAND WHAT YOUR SAYING BUT THAT IS NOT TRUE THAT YOU CANT LOSE WEIGHT JUST DOING CARDIO IVE LOST 13 POUNDS IN A MONTH DOING LATERAL THIGH TRAINER WHIGH IS A COMBINATION OF CARDIO AND VERY LITTLE WEIGHT BECAUSE I ONLY USE TWO SMALL WEIGHTS WITH IT THATS ALL I WANTED TO SAY
