hey...i was thinking of eating low fat cearal for breakfast...1.5 fat...cearal and yougurt for lunch...2.5 fat...and for dinner rice and skinless chicken breast maybe 5 fat...and lots of water...do u think the pounds will melt off?

Yes i think so if you dont eat more then one bowl of cereal. Cereal really isnt that healthy, maybe if you had oatmeal. But if you stick to that religiously most likely the pounds will come off
