Hey I am 13 and weigh 130 and I am 5'4. I need to loose about 8 pounds or so. I loose weight but it comes back. I have been running a mile a day too and I am not drinking sodas. Any more tips? I would apprectiate them.

Yeah there are lots of tips. Eight pounds is easy if you work hard. You run a mile a day but after awhile your body will get use to that distance and wont burn as much calories. every week try to add a little distance. U got rid of sodas thats great, try to eat less carbs . Carbs give us energy but if you have fat to lose and your taking in less carbs your body will be forced to use your fat as energy there ass losing weight. Try 50 carbs a day or 40 your choice and slowly go down to 20 NO LESS THAN 15. Do some ab excercises they will help aid weight loss. Drink lots of water when u crave bad food water can fill u up enough so you dont feel hungry. try that and good luck
