I NEED HELP. I WANT DATES FOR DANCES. I WANT FRIENDS. AT MY SCHOOL ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS YOUR LOOKS. WELL, I NEED HELP ON DIET PLANS. BAD. I HAVE TWO MSG'S POSTED NOW FOR TODAY, BUT I NEED UR HELP. I AM WILLING TO DANCE A LOT, SINCE I LOVE TO DANCE. I WANT A BOY FRIEND SO BAD, AND LIKE ALL MY FRIENDS HAVE ONE. I STILL HAVE MY BABY FAT ON MY FACE. IS THERE ANY WAY TO GET RID OF THAT? MY ARMS ARE FLABBY. THERE WAS A GIRL 2 WKS. AGO AT SKOOL WHO SAID ON THE BUS, UR ARMS ARE ALL JIGGLY. AND THIS BOY SAID I HAD FLABBY LEGS. I KNO I DO AND THATS WHY I WANT HELP. I NEED EVERY EXERCISE U CAN THINK OF. I NEED AN EASY DIET PLAN. I NEED BUDDIES. I NEED A DATE FOR THE DANCE ON THE 30TH. I WANT TO DRESS UP, BUT I HAVE ONLY ONE DRESS, AND I WOULD HAVE TO ADD INTO IT, AND IT HAS A SPLIT BACK THAT SHOWS MY FAT ROLLS(MY 2 FAT ROLLS AND BIG CHUNKY PART) I WEIGH 200 LBS AND SEE NO POINT OF GOING OUT INTO PUBLIC. I HAVE NO FRIENDS. I AM NOT PRETTY. WHEN I SWIM, THERE IS A HOLE IN MY SUIT WHERE MY FAT BROKE THE SEAMS. DOES RUNNING A LOT HELP. AND I NEED ADVISE FROM BASKETBALL PLAYIN GUYS. I NEED ADVISE ON GETTING BETTER AT BASKETBALL. AND I NEED ADVISE ON LOSING WEIGHT BEFORE I GO NUTS. I GET SO UPSET BECAUSE PEOPLE MAKE FUN OF ME. IF I WANT SO FAT, THEY WOULDNT. AND I REALLY STICK OUT BECAUSE I AM THE HEAVIEST GIRL IN MY CLASS AND THE TALLEST. MY MOM SAYS ALL THE WEIGHT IS IN MY HEIGHT. IS IT TRUE? I NEED FRIENDS AND HELP. don't compare yourself to your friends because you are still only 12 and your body's changing. You'll lose your babyfat etc., your friends may just be developing quicker than you are.

to loose weight you need to change your life, diets dont work because you put all the weight back on again afterwards. you need to eat fresh fruit and veg and exercise regularly and to be able to loose the weight you need to except yourself for who you are. just eat healthly and exercise and the weight will soon fall off you! to resist temptation dont deprive yourself of anything but eat small amounts off fatty and sugary foods. good look and i hope it works out for u! let me know how u get on xxx

start right away with eating only 1300 calories a day. www.caloriesperhour.com helps tell you what calories are in foods that aren't labeled. running will definately help. also, your face and neck slims down when you lose weight. i have like not fat left there and that's the area that my mom always loses first though it's different on everybody. just becoming fit by running(or speed walking is great too, and taebo rocks!) you'll probably improve your game in basket ball. just keep going, work hard because you want all of the things you want. take control of your life by doing this and i know how proud you'll be of yourself and hopefully through this weight loss journey you'll gain better self esteem, not with the fact that you're healthy- but because you can make a decision and stick to it!
