I really don't have any idea on dieting!!! If someone could send me a list of what NOT to eat that would be really great!! Or could someone send me a diet they found that worked! Plz send to chunkyhunny@hotmail.com Thanks

listen dieting never really works...and it can be unheatlhy. all you really need to do is follow the food pyrimiad and you will be fine...if you want to lose weight ask your parents to see a dietian they base all there work on the 5 food groups and your weight/height and gender..its the healthest way to go and you will keep the weight off that way by teaching yourself to eat healthy than by dieting all your life believe me. also to lose weight, weight training and aerobics help too you can go for a light job 2-3 times a week or a walk...dont over do yourself in excercise 30-60 minutes of excerise is good for you and helps you lose weight...and once you reach your weight goal it also helps you maintain your weight too.. hope i helped take care lots of love!!

i kno i keep on buggin u but the atkins diet worked, and i ate like 4 cheesburgers and fries in 2 weeks with the diet, and still lost 15 lbs.
