Hey guys..what do you think of 1500 calories a day? Is anyone eating that many? How fast do you see results? I have just started to diet right again..I have been eating 1500 calories the last two days and went from 145 to 144. I really want to be 130 a month from now but I dont think I'll be able to do it. well, calories are stupid way to track your eating, try eating 6 times a day, very very small meals, this will help your mabtobelsiam whatever that word is, and eat lots and lots of fruit, and no soda, and no diet soda. this is a great way to lose weight fast PS. be sure to be on a excerise routine as well.

hey girl. I know what you mean. I don't want my motabolism to slow down. I've often thought about that If I only eat 1000 a day .. so I will eat 1200 a day..shoot I might even stick to 1500. I just wanted to know if what I'm doing is gonna work. I know jesse can do it to..we all can. Good luck guys.

Hey you guys should eat at least 1200 calories otherwise your metabolism will slow down so you'll burn calories slower which you DEFINITLEY dont want! Sooo if you guys are looking to lose at least 2lbs a week eat at least 1200 calories and just add in some more exercise

I know we can both do it, and its only one month that we could lose 10 pounds(thats so short if you really think about it) by the time the month is over we will be so happy we wont even be thinking about eating a lot! I know that we can do it but we just have to think its only one month away!

hey..yes.. i think you can. I am gonna try really hard too. um..i think you can lose 2 pounds a week by eating 1000 calories a day...so If me and you both do that for 5 weeks..we will be 10 pounds lighter..maybe even more for my fat as* .lol girl I'd love to talk to ya..PainFilledEyes21@aol.com

I def. Think that you can lose 14 pounds in a month if you really put your mind to it and drink a lot of water. I want to lose 10 pounds in one month but i am a little buit lighter then you--------im 130 so its probly going to be harder for me to lsoe the weight do toy think its possible without starving myself to do that in a month , i am 5'5
