I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!!! i have really flabby thighs and flabby belly, for my bathingsuit, i bougth boys swimming trunks to cover my thighs and a takini top, does anyone knwo good ecxercise for thighs, i do 50 lunges and 30 squats a day, doen that for a month now and NO improvement PLEASE HELP WITH ANY TIPS YOU HAVE THANX

I think that a combination of eating less and Cardio works outs with do the trick. I have been doing tae bo about 3 times a week for 2 weeks, and I have already seen results.

to lose overall body fat you need to be concentrating on cardio exersize like jogging, speed walking, taebo!, things like that, jumproping's really great too. you also need to make syre that you're eating less calories then you're consuming. the average women needs 1700-2200 calories to even out what she's burning a day meaning she won't lose or gain weight, though every girl is different. so what you need to do is eat about 1200-1500 calories a day, just make sure that you don't go under 1200 calories! and you also need to do fat-burning cardio regularly, perferably at least every other day to keep those calories down and metabolism up...good luck! i have the same problem. oh and another small trick i do to help is if i'm in the car i'll squeeze my thighs together and tense my stomach in for ten minutes and keep a straight posture just to help my muscles...

inorder for those areas to tone up and stop looking flabby you must do cardiovascular exercies for about 20 to 30 minutes. examples are like running, walking, joggign, riding bikes skating swimming, aeorbics cheer practice anything like dat.
