hey waz up i lost 5 pounds by laying on a bench and lifting my legs, only eat veggies and fruits exercise an hour and more a day and be active i waz 150 and went to 145 in a week, lots of water and motivate yo self you can do it no sweets peace out

im sorry only eating veggies and fruits is not healthy!! you need protien(you know fish,chicken,pork,or soy) and dairy which is in milk,yogert,cheese and stuff you also need carborhydrates these can be found in rice,pasta,bread..exctra...if you just stick to two food groups you will be starving your body from the nutrients it truly needs...im not saying fruits and veggies are bad but im saying only eating them is bad you have to have a varity...lots of love bye
