OMG! I gained more weight! because I measured my waist and it is 3 inches more than usual!!! but the thing is tthat I worked out a lot. mayb I'm not losing any fat but just gaining muscles under my fat? Would that be the problem? And how do u lose inches really fast? thanx

Reply from Jayne, Age 16 - 04/21/04 - IP#: 195.92.168.xxx A way to lose inches off your body is apparently body wraps apparently you can do them cheaply at home with clingfilm and maybe some toning moisturiser and that might help it also depends on your size and shape on how many inches you will lose but i will try it out and post you my results

I just wanted to make sure you wernt tricked. If you have been exercisen and eatin right..i dont know how you could gain 3 inches. Are your pants any tighter? cuz if you gained 3 inches your pants wouldnt fit right. If you are bigger i guess it could be that you gained muscle underneath your fat..its possible i guess. ok girly..keep up with the exersize and dont give up..Chels
