Hi I just started a new diet sort of thing which I feel like I still eat a lot i can eat up to 2500 calories and still lose weight!I basically keep track of everything i eat and remember to be honest with yourself it's hard when its a lot of food to write everything down.i also track how much exercise I do and how much is burned off I go onto 3 fat ladies website. The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you eat. I didn't burn all my calories and I have lost 3lbs since sunday it may be a little too much to lose in less than a week but i'm happy i just have to make sure everything doesn't drop off too quickly i'm 5'6 and now weigh 137lbsI'm happy and i hope some of you will try this and i hope it helps you too!
