| hey mate, heres what i do... .. cut in half whatever u eat, like half a pizza, or only 1 slice stead of 2. . or half a milkshake, half fries, half a piece of pie.. .. drink a glass of water b4 every meal.. it fills u up.. .. get the junk food outa ur house.. ger ur mum to buy friuts for snacks.. .. walk to school,, walk ur dog or ur neighbors dog., ,, these have worked 4 me. good luck.. later mate. | |
