If you are the kind that can't stand to give up your cereal and stuff..stick with low cal. low fat..cuz if you do low carb your more likely to mess up and gain weight..If you can give up all your cerals and stuff..low carb will be great cuz it does work. You can get resutls from either one. Chels
Reply from anne, Age 17 - 04/23/04 - IP#: 216.66.107.xxx carbs aren't the fatty stuff. carbs are sugary things. so even if you're on a low fat diet you're bound to be eating a lot of foods high in carbs because in low-fat foods they replace fat with sugar to keep the taste...
Reply from Brandan, Age 15 - 04/23/04 - IP#: 203.26.24.xxx What people done tealise is that its actually an excess in carb intake that puts the fat on you, you need fat in a diet and people that deprive themself of that trying to lose weight offten become sick and still dont lose weight. the real enemy is simple carbs like potato chips. if u wanna lose weight, id say its best not to cut out fat (depending exactly on wat ur eating) but cut out carbs.
