Man, today it hit me that I really need to lose weight. I went shopping with my mom for some nice summer clothes, and wow that wasn't a good experience. I see all the nice bikinis and shorts and skirts and nothing looks good on me. It really makes me upset. I realized I have to lose weight. I'm 5'2 and 140 pounds. The thing I have is that I have muscle but it's underneath my fat...I have no idea what to do. I'm going to start to eat healthy and run, but if anyone else has any good tips and fat burning exercises that you know of, let me know please. I would love to be able to look good in a bathing suit this summer. Thanks. <3

I was 158 pounds, but then I went on a low fat diet, very low fat diet, and now I weigh 140 pounds. So ya... im 5'2 140 pounds jus like you. i used to work out a lot more and I know I have muscle under the fat I have but I gota start workin out more. Everybody says I look ok or I look good or w/e but I really dont feel like that like when i can't look good in like skirts or all that and all the summer clothes are coming out now and everything. Anyways, you should try what I did, go on a really low fat diet, it worked for me. My goal is to get down to around 120 by summer or something, anyways... ya I'm like the same as you, like I said Im 5'2 and 140 pounds and I'm turning 15 june 30 so ya Im pretty much the same. The low fat thing worked for me, try it out and let me know how it goes. Good luck!! :D
