Hey guys...uhh I need your opinion on something. I was doing a little thinking, and I came up with a plan to help me lose. I will get a TON of veggies and fruits at the store tomorrow, I will drink a TON of water, and I want to give up junk food too. I will also do a lot of crunches, cause they seem like the best exercise for me. I realize I am really overweight, and I am going to be totally committed! All opinions welcome, thanks guys!!
Reply from Annie, Age 14 - 04/23/04 - IP#: 66.30.249.xxx hey kara that sounds like a great idea. but if u only have time for crunches, try to do those little things like walking to school, or using the stairs instead of the elevators at the mall, or gardening-which btw, can burn about 555 calories (that's if u do digging also, like holes for the plants and stuff). Say if u take the bus or subway, stand in the aisle and let some1 else have ur seat. At work, instead of taking coffee breaks, take walk breaks. Exercise is a key element to weight loss. just try to get at least 2 hours of exercise into ur schedule a week. also eat healthy and if u need anymore advice email me @ dancergurl14@comcast.net
