this sounds -pathetic but i am useless at dietini either eat loads even when i am not hungryi am gd all day at skool then i get home and binge or i starve myself all day then binge at home and feel guilty and try to make myself sick but i just cant do iti need serious help i am 12 and i weigh 176 pounds i want to weigh 115 pounds by september i need some help blubber busters i want to lose weight quickl;y and safely and i want people to stop in the corridors and say wow u look so slim girl plz help me love abixxx(my email addy is princessbabe521@hotmail.com maybe if there is anyone out there with the same stats as me we could tlk?)

Losing weight is a slow process, a healthy amount of weight to lose is 1-2 pounds a week. If you lose more than that it's probably not fat. Just keep going, EVERY POUND COUNTS. Never ever give up, even if you've had a bad day, heck, if you've had bad weeks! Just get back and never say you can't do it because you can!
