OMG!!!!!!!!!!i finally lost the weight. I am 5'11 (iknow, im really tall for a girl) and i used to weigh 204. now i weigh 149. i already went shopping for bathing suits(bikini) and i look great!!!! i ate healthy, but didnt starve myself! i exercised but not excessively. after 3 weeks it actually became fun. IF ANY OF U NEED HELP , REPLY AND I CAN GIVE U EXERCISE TIPS, AND MEAL PLANS IF U WANT! but i will have to post them, because my mom doesnt want me to give out my e- mail because u never know about the wackos that could be on the web... so if ur intrested, reply and ill post another one !!!!!! dont be afraid to ask anything

Reply from unknown, Age 16 - 04/27/04 - IP#: 216.15.78.xxx ok.... if u are really into exercising then IN THE MORNING take a helf hour walk and thenbye a tae bo tape(BIlly blanks is the best one thats what i have) if u arent into the whole exercice thing, then get yoga(with suzanne deason) its easy and shows results right away. if u dont want to go out and get tapes, its ur loss because thay arent expensiv! now for the meal plan, alll i have to say is CHICKEN and SALAD!! ok stay clear of mac and cheese and anything that comes in a box. try not to eat alot of bread and pasta. instead try whole wheat. day 1(B-breakfast, l=lunch, s=snack,and d=dinner) b- glass of skim milk and whole weat toast w/ a tbs of peanut butter(no juice) l- WATER, turkey sandwich on wheat with lettuce tomato and an orange s-about 7 carrots with fat free dip, water d- WATER, chicken (stear clear of meat, do poultryor fish) grean beans, salad (NO potatoes or starchy foods) dessert jello if u want more just ask
