I was wondering after you loose the weight..sometimes you get a little flabby..is it possible to get rid of that or is it there for good?

If your stomach is flabby do crunches and things along that line... for your arms lift weights .. you know the deal! Make sure that you keep eating healty and do regular exersize to keep your body at a good weight! Good luck =)
