Hey i just started a diet today of lots and lots of fruits, and some vegetables, and nuts and chicken for protein..do you think by doing this and exercising i can lose 10 lbs by the end of the month? please reply..your suggestions really do help.thank you

that is a very healthy diet! ur providing ur body with the nutrition it needs. it needs sugar, and fat, but not to much, just so much so u can get what ur body needs to stay healthy. i couldn't say if u would lose 10 lbs. in 1 month by doing that though. all body's are different. but don't give up, and don't overwork. u wanna work into it progressively. good luck! :-D

Ai~..... You probably will... But I have to say that you should NEVER be in a hurry to lose the weight so quickly... A safe range would be about 2 pounds a week... But of course if your willing to work hard you will succeed. By the way, don't try to over do the working out, you don't want to hurt yourself (rather your muscles) Good luck!
