| hmm. sounds wierd. it sounds to me like u need to see the doctor about that. although it may be embaressing for you, he will be able to help. what the doctor can do is find out where in ur body (exactly) u need to work. even though u were doing excersizes, u might not have been doing the best ones. just a lil advice: walk every day. don't walk in place, that doesn't help much because you aren't stretching out ur legs. walk around ur block, or in a field, or someplace wide open. if u get somewhere wide open, you wont feel stressed, and it will be funner and easier. u could go walking with friends, or walk the dog if u have one. u don't have to do it alone. it is proven that walking is better then running. i dont know why, lol, but it is PROVEN. just try walking maybe a mile a day. if u cant do a mile, start lower but excel as time passes. the mcdonalds might have done the pounds as well. they have ALOT of grease in their food. hope i helped! buhbye :-D | |
