Reply from anne, Age 17 - 05/05/04 - IP#: 216.66.107.xxx cardiovascular exersize. it's exersize that works ou cadiovascular system, which is your lungs and such. so speed-walking, taebo, jogging, ju,-rope are great examples of it. do 30 mintues at LEAST everyother day or the days that you're not doing strength training(crunches and such)
