hey i found a good altertivie to ice cream!!lol italian ices have only 100 calories per container..no fat or anything..they are good too i like the chocolate ones but they are 120 cal.yogurt is good too..i like dannon or slim + fit dannon or w.e they call it its only 90 cal a cup!

that is totally great also what you can eat are those little popsicles in the plastic things...they are tubey shaped and are 10-20 cals. a pop! awesome ...

Do any of you have popsicle holders? (Where you pour it in and freeze it) Because you can make diet coke pops that way.
