Im not sure if any of you girls read Seventeen or YM...but I was reading one of the two...and an artical gave some great adive, cut down on foods high in sodium...when you eat high sodium foods all the salt in your system obsorbs water which makes you thirsty, so 3-5 pounds of what you think is fat, is actully un-needed water weight.
