I am very uncomfortable with myself, and especially my weight. I am at 143 and I am almost 5'6". I don't know what I can do for myself anymore. I float in and out of eating disorders and starvation. I am constantly disappointed in me. On this website, I have read some very great stories of success, but I feel that I will never get to that point myself. Sometimes death seems like an easier resolution, but I doubt my fat butt would fit in a casket. UGH AAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

Reply from De'anna, Age 17 - 05/09/04 - IP#: 24.61.52.xxx Well you CANT just stop eating to lose weight. That seems to be your only problem. Its a guarantee if you stop eating you will lose a few pounds BUT you WILL gain it all back if not more. I kno it seems like it takes forever, but you have to eat healthy. in the end thats the only way to do it. Just stay positive you can do it! if you need any help or suggestions, email me ill help. Reply from chelsea to girly, Age 15 - 05/09/04 - IP#: 152.163.253.xxx okay..143 for her height is not overweight. Check the calculator! She's in a healthy weight range and what you just said could make her think she's fat when she's not..she already thinks she is and she shouldn't. Don't speak before you think cuz If you check the calculator..143 is healthy for being 5'6"

Reply from Rachel, Age 14 - 05/08/04 - IP#: 24.31.201.xxx 143 is not fat at all!! You're at a healthy weight. If you would like to lose weight just cut down on food intake and make healthier decisions. And exercise.
