I'm sooooo mad at myself right now!!!! Like u have no idea, i really need to lose weight for the summer, and i say i am, but i end up staying the same weight or i end up gaining sum. Last sunday i weighed 140, and i was so happy because that is 25 pounds of body weight off of me and i feel and look better. But i haven't been following my diet at all this week, i don't know why cuz i was doing so well and i was feeling the happiest i've ever felt in a long time. At first i was starting off eating a cookie than it became 2, then 3, and so on. Anyway, i gained 5 pounds this week, and i'm just so pissed off, and i know it's my fault, but i really want to lose this weight. I was so determeined when i started to lose weight, that it felt like i wasn't losing it fast enough, but when i see the food my mind tells me that one cookie won't hurt (but it obviously did). Is it possible for me to weigh 120 by the end of june??? I swear to god i will never eat another cookie as long as i live. Please, if somebody can give me some advice on how too lose this weight and not cheat i would appreciate it so much.

Reply from Chris, Age 14 - 05/09/04 - IP#: 205.188.116.xxx After everything you eat, write it down in a little journal. That way seeing the healthy things will make you feel like ther is more of a point to doing it, you are getting credit for it. Then after EACH cookie write it down and how many calories it had. That way you'l think twice before eating anorher one.
Reply from Suzu, Age 16 - 05/08/04 - IP#: 24.42.124.xxx Eat the cookie if you want.... you shouldn't have to completly have to drop everything, but just becareful with your food intake. After the 1 cokie say NO! Ask yourself if your hungry, and if you feel disgusted work out for a bit, go for a run, it'll work wonders!
